Return or exchange an item
If by chance you are not completely satisfied with your chosen item/items simply return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. If you would return your item and enclose your invoice stating what size you require. On receiving your parcel, we will then return your item with the replaced size inside immediately. Bolt Jeans will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size or colour if preferred.
Please Note:
• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own records and protection we would recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that offers insurance for the value of the goods.
• The cost of returning the item is also your responsibility.
Exchanging Items
If for any reason you require an exchange for a different size, colour or style we will happily exchange the item based upon availability. Please bare in mind that our stock levels fluctuates rapidly, and frequently we do not have all sizes/colours available. There is a charge for returning the items back to yourself of £4.50. However you may email us at returns@bleubolt.co.uk or contact us on 020 8714 8382 and we will be happy to deal with your enquires.

Refund Items
If you require a refund we will process the original purchase minus the shipping charges. Your refund will be processed through the original method you paid by i.e. Credit Card/ Debit Card.
Returning a Faulty item
All items despatched go through a rigorous checking process by our dispatch department but if by chance you receive a faulty item we will happily exchange the item and refund the postage paid to return.
The returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note the following trying on items of our clothing:
• Ensure you are not wearing, perfume, makeup, aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or a mark on the item.
• Where there is evidence of the above, we will not be able to return the item for an exchange or refund.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging with all original labels attached to the item.
